At CDR Legal, we offer standard remuneration models and individual advice so that you have clarity about possible costs right from the start. It is important to us that you understand exactly which costs can arise in which cases. That’s why we discuss them openly with you at an early stage and wait for your approval before we implement the services. This allows you to make informed decisions and concentrate fully on your legal concerns.
Fee schedule
Full cost transparency before every service
With us, you pay nothing that has not been discussed in detail and confirmed by you beforehand. Our law firm bases its calculation of costs on the statutory scale of fees, the German Lawyers’ Fees Act (RVG). This model guarantees that the costs of our legal services are regulated by law and are transparent for you as our client. The calculation is based on the value of the subject matter of the dispute and thus offers you a clear and reliable cost structure.
Hourly rate
Flexibility and adaptation to your needs
We also offer the option of charging for our legal services on an hourly basis. This model offers the necessary flexibility, particularly in complex legal matters and unclear issues. Here too, we will inform you in good time of any costs incurred.
The hourly rate is agreed with you in advance and takes into account the scope and complexity of your matter. We strive to always act in the best interests of our clients and ensure that you are well advised.
Example If your inheritance case presents a complex initial situation, we will inform you about this in the free initial consultation and offer you comprehensive advice for your case, for which the lawyer’s fees amount to €150. We then agree on a binding hourly rate, if necessary according to the scale of fees. The expenses are billed at the end of each month, so that you have cost transparency at all times.
Legal expenses insurance
Assumption of costs and legal certainty
An important aspect when weighing up the costs is the possibility that your legal expenses insurance will cover some or all of the lawyer’s fees. We support you in communicating with your insurance company and submit the cover request for you. There are no costs for you.
Example In the case of online banking fraud with a loss of €7,000, the legal costs incl. of the court date € 1,719 plus 530.74 in a settlement with the bank. These costs will be covered by your legal expenses insurance, if available, so that you will not incur any costs.
