Fee Schedule
Full Cost Transparency Before Every Service
With us, you pay nothing that has not been discussed in detail and agreed with you beforehand. Our law firm bases ist cost calculation on the statutory scale of fees, the German Lawyers’ Fees Act (RVG). This model guarantees that the costs of our legal services are legally regulated and fully transparent to you as our client. The calculation is based on the value of the subject matter of the dispute, providing a clear and reliable cost structure.
Hourly Rate
Flexibility and Adaptation to Your Needs
We also offer the option of charging for our legal services on an hourly basis. This provides the necessary flexibility, particularly in complex legal matters and unclear issues. We will also inform you promptly of any costs incurred.
The hourly rate is agreed with you in advance and takes into account the scope and complexity of your matter. We strive to always act in the best interests of our clients and ensure that you are well advised.
Example If your inheritance case presents a complex initial situation, we will explain this during the free initial consultation and offer comprehensive advice. The lawyer’s fees for this advice amount to €150. We then agree on a binding hourly rate, if necessary, in accordancewith the statutory scale of fees. Expenses are billed at the end of each month, so that you always have full cost transparency.
Legal Expenses Insurance
Assumption of Costs and Legal Certainty
An important aspect when considering costs is the possibility that your legal expenses insurance will cover some or all of the lawyer’s fees. We assist you in communicating with your insurance company and submit the coverage on your behalf. There are no costs for you.
Example In the case of online banking fraud with a loss of €7,000, the legal costs incl. the court date, amounted to € 1,719 plus € 530.74 in a settlement with the bank. These costs will be covered by your legal expenses insurance, if available, so that you will not incur any personal expenses.
