She has further deepened her specialist expertise by successfully completing two specialist lawyer courses: Since 2015, she has been authorized to use the title of specialist lawyer for banking and capital market law, and back in 2014, she acquired the qualification for the title of specialist lawyer for medical law.

As a regular author of specialist articles on medical law for the renowned legal database JURIS, she underlines her academic expertise in this field. Specializing in banking law and medical law, she advises and represents health insurance companies in recourse proceedings, among other things. She also has extensive experience and negotiating skills in the areas of loan agreement law, financial advisor liability, investments and online banking fraud.

If you contact us via the contact form, we will respond within two working days. If the initial assessment is not possible, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What costs will I incur?

The first consultation is free of charge. Before you incur any costs, we will inform you in advance so that you can decide for yourself how to proceed. In accordance with the German Lawyers’ Fees Act (RVG), the costs depend on the value of your case. If this is unclear or if there is a special case, we will agree an hourly rate together.

Who pays the costs?
