Janett Moll studied law and passed her second state examination in Munich and has been working as an independent lawyer since 2010. She has further deepened her specialist expertise by successfully completing two specialist lawyer courses: Since 2015, she has been authorized to use the title of specialist lawyer for banking and capital market law, and back in 2014, she acquired the qualification for the title of specialist lawyer for medical law.

As a regular author of specialist articles on medical law for the renowned legal database JURIS, she underlines her academic expertise in this field. Specializing in banking law and medical law, she advises and represents health insurance companies in recourse proceedings, among other things. She also has extensive experience and negotiating skills in the areas of loan agreement law, financial advisor liability, investments and online banking fraud.

When will I receive the free initial meeting?

You will receive your free initial assessment in a personal consultation. If you make an appointment with us, we will call you as requested. If you contact us via the contact form, we will respond within two working days. If the initial meeting is not possible, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What can I expect from CDR Legal?

We provide honest, transparent, competent and clear guidance. We accompany you with a view of the opportunities and risks – from the initial meeting through the progression of your case.

What costs will I incur?

The first meeting is free of charge. Before you incur any costs, we will inform you in advance so that you can decide for yourself how to proceed. In accordance with the German Lawyers’ Fees Act (RVG), the costs depend on the value of your case. If this is unclear or if there is a special case, we will agree an hourly rate together.

Who pays the costs?

Our law firm’s free service also includes a request for cover from your legal expenses insurance. If this is negative, we will discuss the costs and risks with you step by step. We only charge you costs that we agreed on in advance. Especially if you do not have legal expenses insurance, we will handle your case very carefully.
